If you are renovating an existing premises, it is usually beneficial for Lee to conduct a site visit first, to get a feel for your space and gaining accurate measurements. For new projects we are able to design off your dimensioned plans.

Lee prefers to develop his kitchen designs in his office, usually with you, the client, present to be as involved as possible in the process. This enables a thorough discussion on various styles and trends, your likes and dislikes, family needs and expectations, etc. Computer drawings and hand sketches are developed and altered with your input and can be viewed as the design progresses. Ideas and layout options will be explored, with practical and aesthetic aspects being addressed.

Any alterations to the design can then be made- whether simply fine-tuning or totally overhauling the design. We want you to be completely happy with your new kitchen design! A full set of plans, showing dimensions, plan views, elevations and 3D views of the kitchen will be provided as required, along with a written quote to build that kitchen. If you did choose us to construct your kitchen, any design fees paid are deducted from the price of the kitchen.
